Google Ranking

Mmmm I have just been looking at my ranking for some Google searches.

I have come to the conclusion, that for an ActionScript Developer working in Brighton with both ActionScript 2 and ActionScript 3 in Flash, Flex and Air, I don’t mention the fact enough.

I mean, if you put “Brighton Flash Developer”, “Brighton Flex Developer”, “Brighton Air Developer”, I just don’t show at all! Even “Brighton AS3 Developer” gets Nada.

So, I guess I need to be a little more proactive in my choice of words….

  1. So you’re saying that even though you’ve been coding in Actionscript for at least 8 years and even though you are something of a whizz at using object orientated programming approaches in Actionscript 3 you just don’t mention how much experience of Flash design and programming you have? Or that with your knowledge of Flex and Air you can rapidly deploy to the web or desktop? I mean I guess in Brighton there are a lot of people who use Flash, Flex, Air, Actionscript 3 and so on but how many of those people combine your design flair and experience with your nerdy geek programming skills?

I suppose, if you put “Brighton Flash Developer”, “Brighton Flex Developer”, “Brighton Air Developer”, or even “Brighton AS3 Developer” at the bottom of each post by your signature maybe Google would get the message.
